Just take note that using these models you can download to the computer but not edit your voice recording files on the recorder.
Students wanting to record lectures using digital dictating recorders, can use any of the above conference/dictate recorders, but Olympus have also designed the VN range, based on recording time, good quality and price. This digital voice recorder range includes the VN-6500, VN-5500, VN-6800PC and VN-5500PC. Please note that only Olympus models ending with PC will allow you to download your digital voice files to the computer.
